THE ROLE INVOLVES:

Within ABN AMRO IT Services Romania, our partner is building on the future of talent for ABN AMRO Clearing.

As full subsidiary they focus on finding the best talent in the market and build the best IT applications & platforms possible.

You would join their local HR department and report to their HR Director Romania, supporting with day-to-day operational activities.

Responsibilities:


  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are integrated smoothly into the organization.

  • Assist with document processing for traveling employees, such as managing expense reports and travel-related paperwork.

  • Contribute to maintaining health and safety compliance and assist with emergency procedure protocols.

  • Address employee queries and provide support, including assisting with statement requests and offering guidance on various workplace-related matters.

  • Collaborate with employee benefits providers, handle queries, and manage systems to ensure smooth and timely delivery of benefits-related services.

  • Building and maintaining a good relationship and interaction with our suppliers.

  • Providing administrative and logistic support on organizing different internal & external events and initiatives.

  • Alongside the HR Specialist, ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis.

  • Enter new employee data into HR systems accurately and efficiently.

  • Assist in HR interviews (if necessary).

  • Any other duties and responsibilities consistent with the role.


TECHNICAL PLAYGROUND:


  • 1-3 years of proven experience in HR operations, preferably in a global or multinational organization.

  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.

  • Problem-solving, critical thinking and good organizational skills.

  • In-depth understanding of global hiring practices.


NICE TO HAVE: 


  • Knowledge of the local labor law, policies and procedures.

  • Human Inspector Certification.

  • University degree in a related field.


SOFT SKILLS:


  • Fluent English, with good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Desire to continuously learn and improve in a complex, rapidly evolving environment.

  • Strong interpersonal and assertive communication skills, great team member.
