THE ROLE INVOLVES:

Within ABN AMRO Clearing, our partner, there are a multitude of global offices and as they're in the process of moving to a global way of working, they want to ensure they properly steer their sourcing strategy.

Your job will be a combination of operational activities supporting hiring managers with the various HR systems and provide steering and oversight in the hiring process on the sourcing board.

Operational activities include ensuring that all vacancies are posted correctly with prior approval, entering new employee data into their HR systems, potentially HR interviews and/or salary negotiations with the applicable candidate.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead the sourcing board meetings in which alignment with finance is required to ensure budget is allocated appropriately.

  • Reaching out to hiring managers & product owners in case the progress is unclear, or not all approvals are correctly received.

  • Align with our global performance department to ensure budget transfers are tracked correctly.

  • Provide the KPI's that describe our time-to-hire, attrition & more.

  • Support in HR interviews / salary negotiations.

  • Support in onboarding new employees into our HR systems globally.


TECHNICAL PLAYGROUND:


  • 4-6 years of proven experience in HR Sourcing, preferably in a global or multinational organization.

  • Strong leadership skills to guide and manage the sourcing board and recruitment processes.

  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.

  • Ability to analyze and improve recruitment processes for better efficiency and effectiveness.

  • In-depth understanding of global hiring practices.


NICE TO HAVE: 


  • Knowledge or familiarity with budgeting processes.

  • Knowledge of the local labor law, policies and procedures.

  • University degree in a related field.


SOFT SKILLS:


  • Fluent English, with good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Desire to continuously learn and improve in a complex, rapidly evolving environment.

  • Strong interpersonal and assertive communication skills, great team member.
